Our partners in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso received funds to buy food for the displaced people that had fled from the countryside to the capital. In Burkina Faso extremists have killed teachers and pastors and so churches and schools have closed and the security situation has significantly deteriorated. More than 1,000 schools in the north and east of the country have been forced to close. The violence has caused 120,000 people to leave their villages and many are now living in refugee camps or staying with family or friends. Money sent by the charity has bought 320 sacks of Maize and 198 sacs of rice. They are so grateful for the food that your donations have helped to provide
