We have just sent a lorry worth of aid to the charity ORA international in Moldova. Moldova is a poor country in Eastern Europe between Ukraine and Romania.
It contained medical aid including many walking frames and wheelchairs, hospital beds, hospital mattresses, disability equipment and medical items including creams and lotions.
Also sent a large amount of colostomy aid that the people of the country cannot afford to buy. It will be carrying chairs and desks for the schools and day centres that our partners have set up in Moldova.
It also had warm winter clothes onboard.
